Dear Ray and Timberline Staff,


We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the amazing job you did on our renovation/addition.

At the start of the renovation process we interviewed many contractors in the area, Once Ray visited our property it became very clear that our search for a contractor was over. We were immediately struck by Ray’s warm and friendly disposition. We found him to be extremely calm, patient, level-headed, confident and talented. We were impressed by his ability to:
 

• Quickly understand the scope of the project we envisioned.
• Listen to our ideas, share his, and incorporate them into a rough sketch of the addition.
• Educate/explain structural restrictions/possibilities.

Ray truly builds unique custom homes. He created a design plan that tied seamlessly into the existing structure. It was open concept, it included interesting roof lines with different pitches, various angles and every room had a unique shape to it. Ray made sure that each room maximized the view of our waterfront property through striking window configurations.

The building phase of our project went better than we could have hoped for. It was completed both on time and on budget. All of Ray’s employees were very pleasant to deal with and competent in their jobs. A special thanks to Shauna, Rob, Ed and Jason.

We look back at this project with absolutely no regrets. We feel very lucky to be able to say that we would not change one thing. The end product of our renovation/addition far exceeded our expectations. Every day when we pull out of our driveway, and look at our house, we are so happy with how beautiful it turned out. We truly believe it is because we picked the right contractor.
