Big Bald Lake Boathouse

Initial challenges during this boathouse build were digging out for the foundation. We had to blast and remove rock to allow for the foundation, while using sand bags as a berm, pumping the water out while NCI complete excavation and the foundation was poured. Nestled into the lake shore sits this pleasant wet slip boathouse, blending in with the existing cottage.
